    ASI ends life in Muktsar

    Muktsar, August 18

    An ASI allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Kotli Ablu village here today.

    Identified as Swaran Singh, he was posted at the district police lines. It has been alleged that he was under depression.

    His family has not lodged a complaint against anyone. The police have started inquest proceedings under Section 174 of the CrPC.
