The main agenda of the meeting with Union Agriculture Minister NS Tomar and Railway Minister Piyush Goyal will be to end the "economic blockade" of Punjab by restarting the rail services. "We don't think that much will come out of one meeting," said Harmeet Qadian, president, BKU (Qadian).
Qadian said the fact that Defence Minister Rajnath Singh had withdrawn from the meeting and the Centre had denied farmers permission to hold a protest in Delhi on November 26-27 showed the Centre's intent. inside
